Welcome to Lake Tapps Rhododendron. Located in the foothills of Mt. Rainier and nestled in 3 acres of fir trees, we offer one of the biggest selections of species and hybrid rhododendrons in the Pacific Northwest.  We have over 30% of available species and hundreds of hybrids available for purchase.

Feel free to come by and tour the garden, especially in the spring when the plants are at their best.  Our plants bloom from late January through the end of summer with most at their best in April, May and June.

Rhododendrons are especially suited for the Northwest with the cool, damp climate giving them the moisture and shade they need to thrive.  With just a little care, you can have a spectacular show in your garden.  Rhodies & Azaleas come in all different colors, shapes, sizes and growth habits; no two are the same.
